The Bake House at Dairy Flat Farm uses slow fermentation to produce great quality sourdough baguettes and loaves. As a result please allow 48 hours notice for large pastry | viennoiserie orders and 72 hours for baguettes and loaves.
Pick-up from Wombat Hill House on your designated day between 9am – 2pm. Pre-orders are non-refundable. We thank you for understanding.
