Lake House Marinated Olives


A mix of olives – Manzanilla, Kalamata, and Wild Olives from the Mount Zero family owned olive grove in the Grampians. Hand-picked and brine-cured, using the traditional Greek method of fermentation in water, salt and a splash of vinegar, these are then marinated in the Lake House kitchen with good quality olive oil & citrus. Great served warm with an aperitif or at room temperature tossed through a salad.
